Born and educated in Boulder, Bill Reynolds has lived in Colorado all of his life, except while serving two years as a naval officer in San Diego. Reynolds graduated from the University of Colorado in 1962 with a degree in business, and is a founding member of the CU Real Estate Council.
During the past 40 years, Reynolds has developed more than 2 million square feet of office, commercial and residential buildings in Boulder. His most recent project is the 400,000-sqare-foot mixed-use development, One Boulder Plaza, in downtown Boulder.
