Chuck came to the University of Colorado in 1963 from Las Animas Colorado. He never thought of leaving. He has been an attorney with Hurth, Sisk and Blakemore since 1973; on the City Council of Louisville from 1991-2003, and Mayor of Louisville from 2003-2011.
Chuck has served on numerous community and metro-wide boards and organizations. While retired from football officiating, his passions remain football and his family, wife Terre Rushton and children Michael, Brian and Jennifer Sisk.
