Mitchell “Mitch” Carson came to Boulder County in 2001 as the President and CEO of Longmont United Hospital. His 40 year hospital administration career has included hospital executive positions throughout the Midwest. His belief in giving back to the community is exemplified by Mitch’s having service on the boards of the Longmont Area Economic Council, Education Foundation for St. Vrain Valley, Longmont Chamber of Commerce, and TRU Community Care Hospice.
Mitch and his wife Pat live in Longmont and have two sons, Ryan and Matthew.
