Sara (center) and Lenny Martinelli (right) have been in business since 1994 and are the owners of Three Leaf concepts, a local restaurant group that includes seven locations: Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse, the Chautauqua Dining Hall, Naropa Café’, Aji Latin American Restaurant, Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant, The Huckleberry, and Zucca Italian Restaurant.
In addition the Martinellis also own a 10-acre organic farm, on which they grow a portion of the organic produce of their diverse restaurant menus.
Over the last 20 years, Lenny and Sara have established a company that focuses on sustainable environmental practices and supportive community involvement which is evidenced by their active participation in numerous charitable events in Boulder County. They live in Louisville where they are raising their three kids.
