Arriving in Longmont in 1976, Susan Pratt, now owner and general coach of Pratt, began providing homes for small to medium-size businesses.
Over time, she has helped create an environment that has provided more than 6,000 primary jobs for the St. Vrain Valley. Pratt operates one of the largest business parks in the state of Colorado.
Pratt was instrumental in making Longmont an international city with her deep respect and involvement with the Japanese business community.
Pratt makes a difference, whether it’s in her community, in the support she provides for the Pratt team members, or in the local, national or international world of business.
Susan passed away in January of 2022.
